I went to the brook for information about my pregnancy and what to do about it, when I went to the consultant she was really kind and treated me with the upmost respect, she helped me and gave me great information and gave me lots of support as I was quite shaken.

I found all staff at this clinic to be very supportive caring and respectful of my needs/wellbeing!! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone as I feel they are professional in every way and exceed in making you feel as comfortable as you can be under the circumstances of visiting this clinic. I would specifically like to praise Jules and Anna as they both made me feel so comfortable and made visiting as pleasant as it could be!! If need be in future I would have no hesistation in returning to this clinic as I am more than happy with the help, support and service offered!

What an amazing clinic!! I visited with my boyfriend last night to collect my repeat pills, after being turned away at a different health clinic I was unhappy however staff at this clinic made me feel so welcome and important. We saw a nurse called Julie who was the only nurse on at the time she took her time to chat to me and didn’t rush our appointment she made this experience seem so much nicer!! She is truly a wonderful nurse and I hope to see her again soon.

The service is really is easy for me to get to as it is in school (it would be very hard for me to try and reach any other services as efficiently). The nurse (Tracy) and adviser (Anna) are both really helpful when I have any questions and make me feel 100% comfortable and informed when answering them.
